The first workshop in our 2018 series is sure to perk up your ears and make you purr! Southpoint Animal Hospital's Dr. Elise Hattingh promises a "life changing" event for cats and their families at her Feline Behavior Workshop.
In our special feline only seminar, we will be discussing key natural feline behaviors and how the understanding of feline emotions and needs should be incorporated into the home environment. When these emotional needs are not met, it can lead to inappropriate and destructive behaviors, most of which are avoidable when an owner is well informed. With this information we can not only decrease triggers that cause stress and negative behaviors (will address many of these individually), but allow for a better relationship with our feline family members. Attendees are encouraged to bring a pen/pencil and notebook to take notes!
The cost of the workshop is $30 per person, with a maximum class size of 25 people. Each attendee must prepay at the time of registration to reserve a spot.
